• Touring Guidance (Hotel Concierge–Based):

  Light touring guidance within the scope of hotel concierge services. $175 consulting fee.

• Touring Proposals:

  Curated touring proposals using local tour operators. These operators manage only the services booked with them and do not oversee your full itinerary, which can result in a less cohesive program. A touring budget is required, as pricing is not always itemized due to private rates and proprietary vendor data. $250 consulting fee.

• Touring Management:

  Expanded coordination of experiences booked through local operators, including scheduling oversight and integration into your overall itinerary. Individual operators manage only the services reserved with them and do not oversee the broader travel program. A touring budget is required, as pricing may not always be itemized due to private rates and proprietary vendor agreements.

  Consulting Fee: $500–$1,500 depending on scope

  *Any Touring Proposal fee previously paid will be applied toward this service.
